We have carefully studied the provincial and federal guidelines prescribed for restaurant industry safe practices in Nova Scotia and have developed a plan to implement the materials, processes and procedures required.

Our goal is to provide a safe and worry-free environment for all our customers while providing the great food and service you expect. Some of the changes we have made include increased awareness signage, safe separation of tables, floor tape to establish personal boundaries, hand-sanitization products, and hygiene/health protocols for our employees both BOH and FOH including the use of gloves, disinfecting POS and pay terminals, disinfecting reusable menus, and increased diligence in sanitizing high use objects such as door handles and bathroom fixtures.

Some things will be different and may take a little getting used to, but we will try to deliver as positive an experience as possible, rather than one encumbered by tedium. With that said, safety is our first priority.
